ao reporting for duty!

I've been reading and listening to a lot of the Abraham-Hicks material lately. It seems to me that all their teachings boil down to one concept...feeling good leads me to my good! When I'm happy I'm vibrating at the right level to attract what I really want. So, feeling good is then job 1!

For the next little while I'm going to focus on what brings me joy. We'll see what happens! So far, interesting little coincidences & connections have been showing up. Oh, and I'm also winning a lot of tickets to shows & movies!lol!

back from Bahamas...

Woah! I saw THE MOST BEAUTIFUL piece of Labradorite in Miami! We stopped in a cute little market before getting on the ship. Who would have expected the little rock shop with such striking pieces? WOW. (sorry, I forgot to take pics) Of course I forgot all about it over the next three days of buffets, room service & sunshine!

On the sound healing front, my 2nd bowl was waiting for me when I got home and Nancy will be here on the 29th for the next crystal bowl healing concert. She may bring her harp this time(whoo!) Please email me at extremejoy9@gmail.com if you'd like to join us.

So many reasons to be happy!

Since I last wrote my son has been accepted for treatment, his turn is coming up! That is reason enough for joy right there, but add my two (yes TWO!) new crystal singing bowls, a WHOLE SET of chakra weighted tuning forks, a weekend in Bahamas (this weekend!), a weekend kayaking(in June), a girly weekend in the Laurentians(also June),my bathroom being painted AND a crystal bowl concert coming up May 29th and you get a lot of OMG!WOW!LIFE IS SOOOO GOOD!

My crystals led me to sound healing which led me to quantum physics and questioning the nature of reality. What I found there is what we've always suspected...thought creates our experience. Yeah, yeah, we've all heard it a million times but suddenly the idea really resonates.

So..., I've been practicing. I'll be all alone in my kitchen and suddenly burst out with "Yeeeesssssssss!" and "oh, thanks!" and "that's great news! good for you!" to really feel the emotion of joy, gratitude and fun. Heh, heh...let's see where this goes.

wired for sound

I'm still buzzing from my latest explorations using tuning forks (particularly 136.10 Hz) on the reflexology spots on my feet. Wow! So far, I've managed to rid my DH of a headache and helped my DS calm down after a nightmare, oh that and gotten myself and my bud Mimi completely 'stoned' (no munchies though!)

I'm not being very scientific in my explorations. I can't, I just get so incredibly happy when working with sound that I find it hard to stay grounded enough to even take notes. I think I may have bumped into something good here.

Would anyone like to volunteer? I'd like to try out my 'sound reflexology' on people with different conditions.

Clean-up spray!

Hi all! Just thought I'd share the secret to my clean-up spray (I use A LOT of this with my messy little dudes!) I make an elixir with water and Citrine (also used Tiger Eye today) then add peroxide & some essential oils (orange & grapefruit are my favourites). It works on anything from sticky peanut butter handprints on the couch to raisins mushed into the floor-it even works on mirrors! The bonus is that it spreads the happy Citrine energy throughout my house while I do my regular cleaning.

New friends came in today!

Wow, I just thought I'd relax for a few minutes with my new friends: Obsidian, Hematite & Tiger Eye. Instead I spent an hour in that space right before sleep. Pics to follow soon.
